Many of us are often pulled in different directions, and the demands of our everyday lives can cause confusion that overwhelms our souls. Maybe some us aren’t busy and distracted. We just aren’t sure where the next steps for our lives are supposed to lead. And that’s okay.

It’s during these times that we must be resilient in our quiet times. Diligent in studying God’s word. And continue habits that deepen our prayer life. God will lead us in the direction we are intended to go, but we must be listening and acknowledge His voice. We must continue to be faithful and obedient. To allow God to prepare and mold us for what’s to come.

We need not be afraid of the unknown and take comfort in 1 Corinthians 14:33, “For God is not the author of confusion but of peace…”
